We want every order to land right. Here is exactly how returns work — and the few cases where they do not apply.

1. Inspection & Immediate Returns

We highly recommend that customers inspect their package upon delivery while the delivery personnel is still present.

  • On-the-Spot Rejection: If the product is physically compromised or the fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may return the item directly to the delivery agent at the time of receipt.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our luxury fragrances, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Flash Sale Items: All products purchased during promotional flash sale events are considered final sale.

  • Partially Used Products: Any bottle that has been sprayed or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Damaged Bottles: We cannot accept returns for bottles damaged (cracks, leaks, or broken atomizers) after the delivery personnel has left the premises.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Registered contact number.

  • The original delivery address.
