1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Whether you are in Dhaka or a remote upazila, your order will reach you.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Time
Orders placed before 6 PM are dispatched the same day. Inside Dhaka, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days; outside Dhaka, 3–5 working days.
3. Delivery Charges
A flat ৳120 delivery charge applies nationwide, paid online in advance to confirm your order. Custom gift-box combos include free delivery.
4. Cash on Delivery
The goods are Cash on Delivery — you pay the balance when your order arrives at your door. Only the ৳120 delivery advance is collected online beforehand.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our team shares tracking updates over WhatsApp or phone so you always know where your package is.
